I was the One Show’s interactive producer. This means I:
Produced the web / interactive elements of The One Show BBC TV programme.
Led a team under high pressure (live daily tv, audience of 6 million per night, 5 nights a week).
Created a successful web content strategy, based on data-driven & editorial insights.
Derived & communicated insights from audience research, market research & web analytics.
Relaunched the One Show web presence.
Created & managed an active community of many thousands through blogs and social media.
Commissioned: Text, blogs, scripts, photography, audio, video, games & design.
Commissioned & edited consumer & current affairs blogs.
Managed relationships with in-house teams & partners – technical, legal, marketing etc.
Managed relationships with external partners – charities, web developers etc.
Led high profile campaigns with external partners; Sport Relief, Comic Relief, Children in Need, BBC Learning, Royal Academy, universities etc.

The interactive team did a lot of innovative stuff with the web and live daily high-profile TV… so I want a record of what we got up to.
